today was black and white

Photography, that is.

 

 

The house was cold this morning; the warm caress of Autumn giving way to a hint of Winter's frosty fingers.

We gathered in the front room where it was warmest, hands cupping hot tea and cereal bowls, and sometimes the fuzzy head of a dog with a new haircut.

And the sun kissed us all good morning and sent us off to greet the day.

After looking through one of Mum's designing books, I have come to a
very  important decision. When I get a place of my own (which won't be for a
 while yet) I must have a window seat. It's mandatory. ;)
