goodbye, 2014

Dear 2014,

We've been through a lot, haven't we? It's been a very long year...a good year, but a hard year. Thanks for the tell-me-a-story days, for teaching me a thing or two about first impressions, and for showing me how to embrace the moment. I learned a lot.

Thanks for introducing me to Sherlock, and the insanity that is fandom. Thanks for the road trips, the poetry, and helping me to discover who I am. (although maybe next time the whole learning and growing and stuff could have been done without the teenage angst and tears, okay? That would have been nice.)

Thanks for good music (one, two, three) and skype chats with my besties and wonderful friends.

It's been....an adventure.

xx
Olivia

    2. It was a full year, yeah. good and bad. :p Oh well. But as the boys at my high school like to say, eesh tush! (it means, "it is what it is." Eloquent, I know.)

And I have already seen a few Who episodes...and am in love with Matt Smith, yay! I'll keep you posted. *definitive nod*
